Former Alabama defensive tackle Jarran Reed, who is entering his second season with the Seattle Seahawks, posted a picture on Monday of his mother, Anjanette, and her new Cadillac.
Reed said in the Instagram post: “It won’t be a surprise this is what’s supposed to be done for the woman who raised me who gave up everything for me and my brother to be successful and with that you are Blesses mama congratulations on your new car Love Ya baby boy..Blessings from above.”
The second-round pick in 2016 started 5 regular-season games, making 34 tackles, including 1.5 sacks.
Another former Alabama alum, Amari Cooper, did Reed one better recently, buying his mother a car and a house.
