Sure, the Alabama Crimson Tide have a ton of talent and had great teams in the past. But no team is supposed to be this dominant.
You shouldn’t be able to blowout a talented USC team and shutout LSU. That’s exactly what this Alabama team has done. The Crimson Tide have shown they can win playing all types of games, such as a shootout or a defensive struggle.
And a handful of ESPN analysts gave their thoughts on why the Crimson Tide have been so incredible this season.

“They can play any kind of you want to,” former Florida defensive lineman Kevin Carter said.
Carter also added that the difference in this year’s team was the fact that they have a mobile quarterback in Jalen Hurts. The freshman quarterback created all kinds of problems for LSU on Saturday and scored the game’s only touchdown.
And while it didn’t happen last night, the Alabama defense and special teams has also showed that it can find the end zone. The Crimson Tide had scored a non-offensive touchdown in 10 consecutive games before the LSU game.
Alabama next takes the field against Mississippi State. The game is scheduled for Saturday Nov. 12 and a noon ET kickoff on ESPN.
