Adonis Thomas has a new home.
The former Alabama linebacker has signed with Florida State after transferring from the Crimson Tide in July, he announced on Friday.

The inside linebacker from Central Gwinnett High School (Lawrenceville, Ga.) came to Tuscaloosa as part of Alabama’s 2015 class, but redshirted his first year with the Tide. He was ranked as the nation’s No. 25 overall player, the country’s No. 2 inside linebacker and the state of Georgia’s No. 10 overall prospect.
Following his departure from Tuscaloosa, Thomas enrolled at Northwest Mississippi Community College. He appeared in 12 games this season, collecting 73 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, 6 sacks, an interception and a forced fumble.
Thomas will have three years of eligibility remaining, and will enroll in January.
