Alabama football: Nick Saban plans to give both quarterbacks an ‘opportunity’

Alabama coach Nick Saban is dealing with a quarterback battle between Jalen Hurts and Tua Tagovailoa. Tagovailoa sat out the entire spring with a finger injury, but appears to be getting healthy again after participating in a workout at the Elite 11 camp. Saban has been mostly quiet about the competition. He has danced around questions about both quarterbacks. Saban did say he plans to “give the guys an opportunity” in the competition.

For the first time this decade, Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James did not win a title in the same year as Alabama. James and the Cavaliers got swept by the Golden State Warriors to end the streak. It might be just a coincidence that it ended in the same year that James came at Alabama for possible copyright infringement.
