DeMarcco Hellams commits to Alabama
Alabama is still on a roll. After its worst recruiting class since 2007, Alabama coach Nick Saban is preparing to bounce back in 2019 in a big way. The Crimson Tide currently have the No. 1 class according to 247Sports.com. Saban is not slowing down, either. Four-star safety DeMarcco Hellams committed to Alabama. Hellams is the No. 92 overall recruit in the country. He is the No. 4 safety in this year’s class.

There is n0 doubt Alabama is considered one of the top programs in college football history. The Crimson Tide have five titles in the last nine years. In the all-time Associated Press poll, Alabama ranks as the No. 2 team behind Oklahoma. That gap has closed in the years since Saban arrived.
