Alabama may have an emerging start at quarterback in freshman Jalen Hurts. But one of the quarterbacks coming to Tuscaloosa next year might be even better.
2017 4-star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa lit up his competition on Friday night. The Honolulu, HI., native threw for 494 yards while completing 41 of his 47 passes. He also threw for five touchdowns. He had one fewer touchdown pass than incompletion. And his team won 42-24.

Tagovailoa is the No. 1 dual-threat quarterback in the class of 2017 and a 5-star quarterback for the class of 2017. The Crimson Tide also have a commitment from 2017 4-star quarterback Mac Jones.
