AMITE CITY, La. — Alabama recruit Joshua Perry plans on visiting Ole Miss, Clemson and LSU, but Crimson Tide fans shouldn’t worry about him wavering on his commitment.
“I am 100 percent committed to the university,” Perry told SEC Country. “When I went up there, I felt comfortable. It was like I never left home. It’s just a good atmosphere for me. The players and coaches — I fit in great with them. That’s why I’m 100 percent.”
To further the strength of his commitment, Perry, a 3-star safety from Amite High School (La.), said Alabama was the school he has wanted to attend since freshman year.
In the video above, Perry answers the following questions:
1) What was his first interaction with Nick Saban like?
2) What has the coaching staff told him about early playing time?
3) When he committed, how did the Alabama coaching staff react?
