Alabama “will be a strong factor” for nation’s No. 1 player
BATON ROUGE, La. — Dylan Moses, the nation’s No. 1 player in the class of 2017, has LSU at the top of his list, but another SEC program is making a move.
Moses, a 5-star linebacker from University Lab High School (Baton Rouge, La.), named Alabama immediately when asked which other schools he was strongly considering.
“Because of their linebacking corps — I like what they are doing on the defensihttps://www.seccountry.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=10126&action=editve side of the ball,” Moses told SEC Country. “They’ll be a strong factor (in my recruitment).”
He continued: “I just like how they’re being so aggressive, being that I’m an aggressive player. I’m sideline-to-sideline. I can see myself in that type of situation and environment. I’ve been going there since I was in eighth grade and being in that environment and seeing how hard they work and what they do, that makes me want to do something like that, too.”
In the video above, Moses answered the following questions:
1) He de-committed from LSU this August. Why does the school still lead?
2) Which schools are coming after him the hardest right now?
3) Moses was supposed to visit UGA for the Alabama game but canceled. What happened?
4) Which schools does he plan on visiting soon?
