Alabama currently has 11 commitments in its 2018 recruiting class and three in its 2019 group. The majority of the team’s commitments’ seasons are over, but some are still in the playoffs.

Here’s what went down during this weekend of the playoffs:
Jalyn Armour-Davis, 4-star CB, St. Paul’s Episcopal (Mobile, Ala.)
St. Paul’s Episcopal defeated Demopolis with a 20-19 win in the Class 5A state semifinals game. St. Paul’s will now play this upcoming weekend in the state championship game, which is held at Bryant-Denny Stadium. In the win, Jalyn Armour-Davis had 2 catches and 26 yards.
Slade Bolden, 3-star ATH, West Monroe (La.)
West Monroe lost its only game of the season to Zachary in the state semifinals game 29-27. Slade Bolden had 61 yards on 18 carries and 2 touchdowns.

Tommy Brown, 4-star T, Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.)
Mater Dei won the CIF Southern Section championship with 49-24 win over St. John Bosco. Tommy Brown and the Monarchs will now play next week in the state bowl game.
Vernon Jackson, 3-star ATH, Boling (Texas)
Vernon Jackson carried Boling to a 28-6 win over East Bernard in the state quarterfinals game. Jackson had 198 rushing yards and two touchdowns. He also had a 47-yard touchdown pass.
