This is one Alabama fans have wanted for a while. On Saturday, 4-star cornerback Josh Jobe announced that he would be switching his commitment from Miami and signing with the Crimson Tide during the early signing period:
I want to thank all coaches from the University of Miami but at this time I have to do what is best for me, my future and my family. I will be signing with the University of Alabama on December 20th. #Rolltide pic.twitter.com/bjzoVk94UM

Jobe made the switch while on an official visit in Tuscaloosa.
According to 247Sports, Jobe is the 95th-ranked prospect in the class of 2018, and the 13th-best cornerback. Jobe is choosing Alabama over not just Miami, but offers from several bluebloods, including Michigan, Auburn, Florida, Georgia and many more. Jobe hails from Cheshire, Conn., where he plays at Cheshire Academy.
Jobe is Alabama’s 15th commitment of this class, and the fourth cornerback, joining Jalyn Armour-Davis, Nadab Joseph, and Saivion Smith.
