Alabama has lost a commitment from 4-star cornerback Nadab Joseph.
Joseph, the nation’s No. 18 cornerback from Miami Norland High School, delayed his decision to sign with Alabama earlier on Wednesday. His guardian told SEC Country this afternoon that he was under the impression that Joseph was going to end up signing with the Crimson Tide. It turns out that wasn’t the case.
The Tide are now down to 3 defensive back signees in the 2018 class in Saivion Smith, Josh Jobe and Jalyn Armour-Davis.
Nick Saban said at his press conference on Wednesday that he wants to add five defensive backs in this class. Alabama is still targeting 5-star cornerbacks Patrick Surtain Jr., Isaac Taylor-Stuart and Tyson Campbell along with 4-star safety Kelvin Joseph.
