After NBA on TNT sideline reporter Craig Sager died on Thursday after a long battle with cancer, tributes from across every league have come pouring in.
Former Alabama running back and Heisman Trophy winner Mark Ingram was no different on Sunday. Before he dressed in black and gold for the Saints, Ingram donned a T-shirt with polka-dots and a tie to honor the way Sager dressed exuberantly on the sideline with his suit and tie combinations.

Ingram finished off the outfit with a pair of flashy yellow shoes. To caption the photo, he added a quote from Sager’s inspirational ESPY’s speech last July when he won the Jimmy V Perseverance Award for courage.
Alabama basketball head coach Avery Johnson also spoke of what Sager meant to him in a news conference and fellow former SEC football player Odell Beckham paid tribute to Sager with his cleats on Sunday. Ingram rushed for 3,261 yards during his time with the Crimson Tide while accumulating 42 touchdowns on the ground and averaging 5.7 yards per carry.
