Alabama’s dynasty continued to roll with its fourth national championship in seven years after a 45-40 victory Monday night against Clemson in the College Football Playoff title game..
Monday’s victory was a measure of vindication for this Crimson Tide team, which some media members thought was left for dead after a September loss to Ole Miss. Nearly four months later, the pundits had nothing but praise for Nick Saban and his program.
Here are some of the best reactions from the national media to Alabama’s fourth title under Saban:
The Saban dynasty is alive and well following Alabama’s impressive victory. There shouldn’t be any doubts as to the glory and the legacy this program has achieved.

So now that we have 100 percent confirmation that this is a dynasty, where does it rank among the other historic lineages of college football? One writer opined that this is the greatest dynasty in college football history.
We're witnessing likely the greatest dynasty in the history of CFB.

Want an even crazier note? Every recruiting class that Saban has signed at Alabama has won a national championship. Talk about following up on your recruiting promises.
Now every class signed by Nick Saban at #Alabama has won a national championship. Seriously.

One writer was so awestruck that he speculated this victory was Saban’s best- coached game of his legendary career.
Maybe the best game Saban has ever coached.

One of the plays that helped Alabama win the game was an incredible onside kick call made by Saban that worked to perfection. Offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin said he was baffled by Saban’s decision at the time.
Lane Kiffin said he was "stunned" when Saban called the onside kick. Said he had to be careful not to make a face that would give it away.

Saban wasn’t the only one making great decisions throughout the game. Kiffin got some kudos for his bold play calling that definitely paid off.

Tailback Derrick Henry has made history in every game this season and the College Football Playoff championship game was certainly no exception.

Even someone with a reputation as an SEC hater couldn’t help but give the Tide some props.
Congrats to Bama. So many weapons. Just keep coming at you. 11th national title. Impressive #RollTide

In the end, Alabama found a way to win once again just like an infamous wrestler.
