Twenty-nine programs have offered Isaiah Wilson, but he will only take official visits to five.
The five-star offensive tackle from Brooklyn, N.Y., revealed via Twitter Thursday that he plans on taking official visits to Georgia, Alabama, LSU, Michigan and Southern Cal. The 6-foot-7, 354-pounder is rated as the nation’s No. 4 offensive tackle and and the state of New York’s No. 1 prospect, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings.
Wilson recently visited Alabama for its April 16 A-Day game, but Michigan seems like the team to beat for his services. 247Sports’ Crystal Ball predictions give the Wolverines a 54 percent chance at landing the massive offensive lineman. Alabama follows next with 31-percent odds.
The New York native is rated as the nation’s No. 20 overall player.
