Alabama added to its 2018 schedule on Wednesday.
The Crimson Tide will play UL Lafayette on Sept, 29, 2018. KATC.com’s Travis Webb was the first to report the news, and the game is now listed on the Cajuns’ official website.
Alabama will play UL Lafayette $1.25 million, according to the report.
The Crimson Tide hold an 8-0 all-time record against the Cajuns, with the latest matchup resulting in a 25-6 Alabama win in 2006.
Alabama will open up the 2018 season with Louisville in Orlando, and also take on Arkansas State and The Citadel in non-conference play.
