Bo Davis has resurfaced.
Davis left the Crimson Tide in May after being investigated by the NCAA for potential impermissible contact with recruits. He was accused of visiting out-of-state recruiting during a recruiting dead period, and was reportedly caught being dishonest about the allegations after the NCAA contacted Alabama’s compliance office.
“Bo Davis has submitted his letter of resignation,” Saban said in the brief statement at the time. “We appreciate all the contributions he made to the program and wish him and his family the very best in the future.”
He was in his second stint at Alabama, and after helping the Crimson Tide to another No. 1 recruiting class, was named the SEC’s top recruiter in February, according to 247 Sports.
