Trent Richardson is getting another shot in the NFL.
Pending a physical, the former Alabama star will sign with the Baltimore Ravens, according to AL.com‘s Matt Zenitz.
In 2011, Richardson became the first running back in SEC history to total 20 or more rushing touchdowns during one season. His huge year helped Alabama win its 14th national championship, and the Cleveland Browns selected him No. 3 overall in the 2012 NFL Draft.
He struggled with the Browns, who traded him to Indianapolis during his second season. Twenty starts with the Colts yielded just 977 yards, and Richardson did not make an NFL roster this past fall.
