Lane Kiffin reportedly will remain Alabama’s offensive coordinator throughout the College Football Playoff.
As reported by ESPN’s Chris Low, Kiffin is expected to stay with the Crimson Tide for the remainder of Alabama’s season, despite Kiffin reportedly becoming Florida Atlantic’s next coach Monday morning.
I'm told that Lane Kiffin plans to remain as Alabama's offensive coordinator throughout the College Football Playoff.

This is good news for Alabama. Kiffin has earned praise in helping guide the Crimson Tide’s offense during Alabama’s 13-0 run during the regular season. The Crimson Tide ranked first in the SEC in scoring offense (40.5 points per game) and second in total offense (471.3 yards per game) as part of a campaign in which a third consecutive conference title was claimed.
Alabama will play Washington in the Peach Bowl on Dec. 31. If Alabama wins there, it will meet the winner of the Fiesta Bowl matchup between Ohio State and Clemson in the national championship game on Jan. 9.
