Alabama coach Nick Saban and his wife will own a 50 percent stake in a Mercedes-Benz dealership set to open in Nashville, Tenn., next year, according to Getahn Ward of The Tennessean.
Construction on the 60,000 square foot dealership is set to begin this summer and will be co-owned by Joe Agresti, who is already the co-owner of Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham along with the Sabans.
Saban, 64, has the highest salary of all NCAA coaches and made over $7 million for the 2015 season, according to USA Today. However, car dealerships are an interest the coach says he has had for a long time.
Nick Saban: Every car dealer I know wants to be a coach. I always wanted to be a car dealer.

In September, Saban worked together with Mercedes-Benz to create a limited edition $200,000 luxury van. The Nick Saban Signature Series Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats nine passengers and features three TVs, with “tailgating, corporate entertaining and family travel in mind,” according to AL.com.
