TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Alabama coach Nick Saban stepped to the podium on Tuesday looking to make a point.
Speaking to reporters following the Crimson Tide’s first spring practice, Saban became a little agitated when asked if the Crimson Tide would return to a more “ball-control” offense under new coordinator Brian Daboll.
Saban shot down the notion of the Crimson Tide’s offense slowing down its pace. In his response, he also managed to rant about the NCAA and politics.
Saban also provided injury updates on linebacker Shaun Dion Hamilton (knee), running back Bo Scarbrough (leg), Jared Mayden (hip) and running back B.J. Emmons (foot).
