“Touchdown Lane” is back.
Alabama offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin has been throwing up his hands in celebration since last season, which is not abnormal — except that he does so before the ball is even thrown.
When quarterback Jake Coker spied tight end O.J. Howard wide open down the field in the third quarter of Monday’s national title game, Kiffin spotted him, too.
As the ball traveled toward Howard, you could see Kiffin’s arms reaching for the sky. Check it out:
