Watch Alabama RBs Derrick Henry, Kenyan Drake do crazy one-legged drill
Alabama running backs Derrick Henry and Kenyan Drake form a thunder-and-lightning combo that has yet to be stopped this year.
Training is undoubtedly part of their success (511 total yards from scrimmage, eight TDs), and the pair showed off their ability to hop, one-legged, through a rope ladder during Wednesday afternoon’s practice.
Marq Burnett of The Anniston Star took a short video of the performance and posted it to Twitter:

Drake, No. 17, was clearly more comfortable doing the drill, but Henry also showed off why his combination of size and agility is a nightmare for SEC defenses.
As reported earlier today, Henry was close to leaving Alabama during his freshman season.
Both players figure to make their presence known against No. 15 Ole Miss on Saturday night. The No. 2 Crimson Tide is looking for revenge after a narrow loss in Oxford last year.
Coverage begins at 9:15 p.m. ET on ESPN.
