FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Jerry Jeudy, one of the most electrifying wide receivers in the country, is set to announce his commitment Thursday night, and SEC Country will be on scene providing live coverage.
Jeudy, a 4-star prospect from Deerfield Beach (Fla.) High School, will choose between finalists Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Miami and Florida State.
The Crimson Tide are considered the favorites to land Jeudy when he decides around 8:30 p.m. ET during a live ceremony at a downtown Fort Lauderdale restaurant.
UPDATE: Jeudy was expected to announce his decision at 8:30 p.m., but he was delayed. Several media outlets reported that he committed to Alabama, but Jeudy responded on Twitter.
I didn't commit nowhere yet

The Gators have made up ground on the Tide in recent weeks. Jeudy told SEC Country last week after Florida’s Friday Night Lights camp that the Gators and Tide were his top two teams.
His commitment is expected to come down to those two teams, even though the Volunteers, Seminoles and Hurricanes remain in the mix.
What will Jeudy bring to one of those teams? Check out the videos below of him destroying college prospects with ease.
Be sure to tune in to SEC Country’s Facebook page around 8:30 Thursday night for a live stream of Jeudy’s decision.
