Happy Thursday, Arkansas fans!
The slow news week continues for the Razorbacks, as they spend their bye week looking to heal up, self-evaluate and look ahead to Auburn.
Arkansas coach Bret Bielema spoke more during Wednesday’s SEC teleconference about the personal foul against Alabama involving Bielema and Crimson Tide left tackle Cam Robinson.
Let’s get you caught up on all things Arkansas:
- Although Bielema didn’t add much to the conversation about the video saga, Alabama coach Nick Saban did. Saban said he spoke to his star left tackle, who ultimately took credit for the entire altercation.
- On the recruiting front, three-star wide receiver Kalijah Lipscomb has held an offer from Arkansas for a while now, but recently, he’s gaining interest from other SEC programs.
Other Arkansas news from around the Internet
- Last week, Saban called Arkansas’ Hunter Henry one of the best tight ends in the country. Today, Henry was named to the John Mackey Award Watch List.
- The Associated Press’ Kurt Voigt wrote a nice piece on how Arkansas’ traditional pro-style offense is becoming extinct in today’s SEC.
