FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Welcome to SEC Country’s daily Arkansas Razorbacks podcast. In this episode, John Nabors attempts to make a case for Arkansas winning the SEC West in 2017.
SEC Country launched the Borderline Erotic Podcast on Aug. 29, 2016. It is named after the colorful way Bret Bielema described how he felt after Arkansas beat Texas in the 2014 Texas Bowl.
Here is a quick rundown of some of the topics we discussed in the 198th episode of the Borderline Erotic Podcast.
How can Arkansas win the SEC West?
John opens the podcast by discussing the various scenarios that can help Arkansas win the SEC West for the first time since 2006. Playing in the SEC is always a difficult task, but luckily for the Razorbacks they have a favorable schedule. Some may say that the road foes will be too much to handle, but Arkansas has played well on the road under Bret Bielema. This is in no way saying Arkansas will win the SEC West. It’s more saying that they have a better chance to win it this year than they have in quite some time.
Nonsense: Age ain’t nothing but a number
In the nonsensical part of the podcast, John brings up the latest nonsensical story of a 43 year old Kate Beckinsale being caught kissing a 21 year old comedian named Matt Rife. People are losing their minds over the age difference between these two, but John gives his reasons behind why this is not a big deal at all.
