FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas will play its next two games inside Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium in front of sellout crowds.
The school’s athletic department announced Thursday that games against Texas State and Alabama have sold out, marking the first two sellouts of the year for the Razorbacks. The Texas State game is scheduled for this Saturday at 6:30 p.m., while the Alabama game is Oct. 8 with the kickoff time to be determined.
Last season, Arkansas sold out three home games.
“We appreciate the tremendous response by Razorback fans to help ensure our next two on-campus games are something special for our student-athletes,” Arkansas athletic director Jeff Long said in a statement. “Razorback fans are the best in the nation and when they fill the stands our team feeds off their energy. With the outstanding home games to come, we are optimistic that these are the first of many sellouts this season.”
Single-game tickets remain available for the Hogs’ other games on campus — plus the Oct. 1 Alcorn State game in Little Rock — and can be purchased by calling 1-800-982-HOGS (4647) or visiting this website.
