The kickoff time for No. 22 Arkansas’ Oct. 22 road game at No. 23 Auburn was announced Monday.
The Razorbacks (4-2, 0-2 SEC) and Tigers (4-2, 2-1 SEC) will kick off at 6 p.m. ET inside Jordan-Hare Stadium. The game will be televised on ESPN.
Auburn leads the all-time series with Arkansas 13-11-1, although the Razorbacks won last year in a thrilling 54-46, four-overtime contest in Fayetteville, Ark.
The Hogs have won five of the last eight games in the SEC West series, although Arkansas coach Bret Bielema is 1-2 against the Tigers entering his fourth season in Fayetteville.
Auburn beat Arkansas in 2013 and 2014 — Bielema’s first two season leading the Hogs — before last season’s thrilling win.
Last October, Razorbacks quarterback Brandon Allen hit Drew Morgan in the flat, and Morgan ran down the sideline and dove into the end zone for a 25-yard score in the fourth overtime.
Allen then found running back Kody Walker for a successful 2-point conversion pass, and the Arkansas defense held Auburn out of the end zone to secure the Hogs’ victory.
Before Arkansas and Auburn meet this season, the Razorbacks take on Ole Miss at home at 7 p.m. ET Saturday on ESPN.
Auburn has a bye this week.
