FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas junior center Frank Ragnow is tentatively expected to return to campus Thursday or Friday, but those plans could still change, coach Bret Bielema said Wednesday on the SEC football coaches teleconference.
Ragnow has been home in Victoria, Minn., since late Saturday night, a few hours after his father, Jon, died of a heart attack.
Jon Ragnow’s death came a short time after the Razorbacks’ 52-10 win over Alcorn State.
Frank Ragnow has been Arkansas’ most consistent offensive lineman this season and has played both center and right guard. Bielema said Wednesday that Ragnow has been involved in the game plan from afar, but that the decision to play is “100 percent” Frank’s.
