FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas junior defensive back Henre’ Toliver hasn’t watched much film on TCU quarterback Kenny Hill, but based on what he’s seen so far — and what he knows from experience — he provided a brief scouting report Tuesday.
“He stares down his receivers,” Toliver said during his media session following Tuesday’s practice. “That’s all I’ve really got right now. We’ve only watched him like twice.

Hill threw for 386 yards and four touchdowns two years ago against Arkansas when he was Texas A&M’s quarterback. The Aggies won that game in overtime.
Hill transferred from Texas A&M following that season, sat out last year because of NCAA rules and won the TCU starting quarterback job last month.
In his first start for the Horned Frogs — a 59-41 win over South Dakota State — Hill completed 33 of 49 pass attempts for 439 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions.
Toliver started the Hogs’ season opening win over Louisiana Tech at cornerback, but will move to nickelback now after Kevin Richardson II’s season ending injury. Sophomore Ryan Pulley will start at corner in Toliver’s place.
