FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Welcome to SEC Country’s daily Arkansas Razorbacks podcast. In this episode, John Nabors talks about how Arkansas should dedicate the entire 2017 season to honor Frank Broyles.
SEC Country launched the Borderline Erotic Podcast on Aug. 29, 2016. It is named after the colorful way coach Bret Bielema described how he felt after Arkansas defeated Texas in the 2014 Texas Bowl.
Here is a rundown of some topics discussed in the 235th episode of the Borderline Erotic Podcast:
Arkansas dedicating the season to Frank Broyles is a must
Nabors started the podcast by discussing the reasons the Razorbacks should dedicate the season in memory of Broyles. Most people will probably see this as cliché or corny, but it goes much deeper than that. Broyles preached about motivation, mental toughness and winning the fourth quarter. Those three focuses are the exact things that caused Arkansas to fail in games last season. No motivation against Auburn, no mental toughness and no winning the fourth quarter against Missouri and Virginia Tech. If Arkansas can instill those qualities into its program this season, it will be a fun ride for fans.
Nonsense: Rodent in a chicken sandwich
In the nonsensical part of the podcast, Nabors brings up the nonsensical story of a woman finding a dead mouse in her chicken sandwich. These stories are sadly pretty common when it comes to dealing with fast food. But Chick-fil-A is normally known to be better than having a rodent in its food. Especially when it was just inside the bun, not the chicken itself. Prepare your stomachs because this story is a gross one.
