The 6-foot-4, 230-pound recruit held nine reported offers and chose the Razorbacks over Colorado State, Iowa State and Kansas State, among others.
Porter was committed to Colorado State for five days before flipping to Arkansas.
He is ranked as the nation’s No. 49 strong-side defensive end and the state of Arkansas’ No. 10 overall prospect, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings.
The Joe T. Robinson High School product becomes the Razorbacks’ 22nd member of their 2017 class, and the only defensive end commitment.
