The 6-foot-5, 300-pounder is rated as the No. 50 prospect in the state of Louisiana and No. 80 offensive tackle in the Class of 2017, according to 247Sports. The Razorbacks were the first program to extend him an offer.
Fisher could be the second John Ehret product to join Bret Bielema’s team in as many years. De’jon Harris, a three-star inside linebacker in the Class of 2016, signed with Arkansas on National Signing Day.
