Arkansas got a verbal commitment from a 2017 prospect out of Little Rock, which has produced three of the four members of the program’s class so far.
Gabriel Osabuohien, a 3-star small forward from Southwest Christian Academy, announced his commitment to the Razorbacks via Twitter on Wednesday afternoon.

Osabuohien is 6-foot-8, 219 pounds. He joins power forward Daniel Gafford, shooting guard Khalil Garland and small forward Darious Hall, all of whom have signed their letters of intent. Garland and Hall are also from Little Rock. Gafford, a 4-star recruit in the 247Sports composite rankings, is from El Dorado, Ark.
According to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette’s Richard Davenport, Osabuohien — born in Toronto — also had interest from Missouri and Iowa State, among other schools.
