FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — When Arkansas offensive coordinator Dan Enos looked at the film of LSU’s defense, he got that “here we go again” feeling.
LSU is third in the SEC in total defense, allowing an average of 315 yards per game. After facing the No. 13 Tigers on Saturday (7 p.m. ET, ESPN), the Hogs will have played four of the top-five defenses in the SEC over the past five weeks.
“It almost gets depressing to be honest with you,” Enos said jokingly.
Arkansas (6-3, 2-3 SEC) is coming off a 31-10 victory over No. 11 Florida. The Hogs had 466 total yards against the Gators, the top defense in the conference coming into the game.
The Razorbacks are averaging 422 yards of offense per game this season, seventh in the SEC.
