FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Welcome to SEC Country’s daily Arkansas Borderline Erotic podcast, the most-listened-to Razorbacks podcast in the country. In this episode, John Nabors reacts to Arkansas losing to Mississippi State and the latest coaching rumors for the Razorbacks.
SEC Country launched the Borderline Erotic Podcast on Aug. 29, 2016. It is named after the colorful way coach Bret Bielema described how he felt after Arkansas defeated Texas in the 2014 Texas Bowl.
Here is a rundown of some of the topics discussed in the 303rd episode of the Borderline Erotic Podcast:
Arkansas and Gus Malzahn have mutual interest?
Nabors started the podcast by discussing the likelihood of Gus Malzahn being the next Arkansas coach. Ever since Malzahn was the offensive coordinator of the Razorbacks in 2006, it was always his dream to be the coach of the Hogs. But, right now, his Auburn Tigers are in play for the SEC West title this weekend against Alabama. It’s doubtful that he will publicly comment about his interest in Arkansas so expect a lot of coachspeak. But if Malzahn is to choose the Hogs, they will be getting a home run hire. He will be able to step right in and make Arkansas competitive again.
Nonsense: Missouri 13-point favorite against Hogs
In the nonsensical part of the podcast, Nabors brings up the nonsensical story of the Razorbacks being a 13-point dog to Missouri.
