FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Welcome to SEC Country’s daily Arkansas Borderline Erotic podcast, the most-listened-to Razorbacks podcast in the country. In this episode, John Nabors is joined by Zac Blackerby as they discuss the Arkansas-Auburn game and what impact it will have on the respective coaches.
SEC Country launched the Borderline Erotic Podcast on Aug. 29, 2016. It is named after the colorful way coach Bret Bielema described how he felt after Arkansas defeated Texas in the 2014 Texas Bowl.
Here is a rundown of some of the topics discussed in the 281st episode of the Borderline Erotic Podcast:
Gus Malzahn could return to Arkansas … as coach
Nabors started the podcast with Blackerby by discussing the coaching situation at Auburn and the pressure Gus Malzahn is under. Both Malzahn and Bret Bielema need this game in a major way. The amount of pressure that has come over both coaches is becoming insurmountable. What’s crazy is that both schools could move on from their coaches at the end of the season.
Bielema may move on to a TV gig with ESPN, but Malzahn could interestingly look at the Arkansas job. Either way, both of these coaches know what’s on the line and have some heated history. This weekend should make for an intense, back-and-forth matchup.
Nonsense: The Wizard of Odds!
In the final part of the podcast, Nabors brought in the Wizard of Odds, Christopher Smith, to look at betting lines for this weekend’s game.
