FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Welcome to SEC Country’s daily Arkansas Razorbacks podcast. In this episode, John Nabors discusses which teams could be considered Arkansas’ true rival.
SEC Country launched the Borderline Erotic Podcast on Aug. 29, 2016. It is named after the colorful way Bielema described how he felt after beating Texas in the 2014 Texas Bowl.
Here is a quick rundown of some of the topics we discussed in the 171st episode of the Borderline Erotic Podcast.
Does Arkansas have a rival? If so, who in the world is it?
John begins the podcast by talking about all the teams that could be considered the Razorback’s rivalry in football. There has never been one particular team on the Hog’s schedule that fans would say is their true rival. In fact, if fans are asked from all over the state who Arkansas’ rival is, there will probably be many different answers. John gives three different teams that he feels could be considered in the discussion: Ole Miss, LSU, and Texas A&M. There have been great games, great moments, and great history between all three of those schools and Arkansas. But do those schools feel the same way?
Nonsense: Kid brings snake to graduation by wrapping it around his wrist
In the last nonsensical part of the podcast, John brings up the story where a kid graduating from Texas Southern brings in his ball python during his graduation ceremony. Kids bring in all types of things into their graduation ceremony in tribute, but a full grown snake? Since there are hundreds of thousands of people in the world that hate snakes, this doesn’t seem like the greatest of ideas.
