Big guys with athleticism will always be able to find a place in college football. Combining size with speed is one of the most coveted traits for any football player and those skills, certainly, are what has attracted Arkansas to Texas wide receiver/outside linebacker Maureese Wren.
Just as the Razorbacks have taken notice of him, Wren has taken notice of Bret Bielema’s program. Today, he released his top six schools, including Arkansas in that final group:

Though Wren could play on either offense or defense in college, Arkansas is recruiting him primarily as an outside linebacker. According to 247Sports, he is 6-foot-3 and weighs 216 pounds. He is currently ranked as a 3-star player.
Wren was in Fayetteville late last week, and the general consensus is that the Razorbacks are in good shape to land his commitment. Wren plans to announce which school he will attend on Sept. 27, his 18th birthday.
