FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Welcome to SEC Country’s daily Arkansas Razorbacks podcast. In this episode, John Nabors provides all of his observations from the Arkansas scrimmage Saturday and grades the offense and defense.
SEC Country launched the Borderline Erotic Podcast on Aug. 29, 2016. It is named after the colorful way coach Bret Bielema described how he felt after Arkansas defeated Texas in the 2014 Texas Bowl.
Here is a rundown of some of the topics discussed in the 228th episode of the Borderline Erotic Podcast:
Arkansas scrimmage observations
Nabors started the podcast by discussing all of the things he observed from the Razorbacks’ scrimmage on Saturday. The practice format was “1s vs the world” and was the first scrimmage open to the media this fall camp. It’s difficult to take a lot away from one scrimmage, but some of the expectations were reinforced for a few players. Quarterback Austin Allen looked as great as ever, the offensive line looked improved and the defense showed growth.
Nonsense: Game of Thrones … wow
In the nonsensical part of the podcast, Nabors brought up the latest nonsensical story from the Sunday night episode of Game of Thrones. Many people don’t watch the show and that’s totally fine. But the ones who watch it religiously were not disappointed. Nabors makes sure to not give away any spoilers, but gives some thoughts about the incredibleness of the episode.
