One of the state of Georgia’s top uncommitted prospects has narrowed down to two schools.
Allen Cater, a 3-star defensive end from Mt. Paran Christian, will decide between Arkansas and South Carolina on Feb. 3, he announced via Twitter on Firday.
It has been a recruiting whirlwind for Cater. He committed early to Indiana, but backed off his pledge to the Big Ten school after his senior season.
The 6-foot-5, 245-pounder was originally scheduled to go to South Carolina this weekend on an official visit, but canceled “due to certain circumstances” and declined interviews.
Arkansas is considered the school to beat for Cater.
