Arkansas let coach Bret Bielema go immediately after the Razorbacks lost their rivalry game to Missouri on Friday.
By the time Bielema made it back for his postgame press conference, the school had already made his firing official.
Bielema, rather than skipping his presser, gave an incredibly classy message despite Arkansas’ quick firing:
"I will do anything and everything I can to make Arkansas better. I’m a big Arkansas fan. … Whoever they bring in, I’ll be happy to help." Bret Bielema

ESPN’s Paul Finebaum also noted Bielema’s character after his swift firing:
As he did with all things during his tenure, Bret Bielema handled today's firing with grace and dignity. It didn't work out at Arkansas but there were few better people in the SEC in recent years pic.twitter.com/j8R8rYq2UI
