A member of one of Arkansas’ most dominant offensive lines in program history will get a chance to continue his football career in the NFL.
Offensive guard Sebastian Tretola was taken by the Tennessee Titans with the 193rd overall pick in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
The Titans will get a dependable player who never missed a game with Arkansas. Tretola appeared in 26 games, with 24 starts, in two seasons with the Razorbacks after transferring from Iowa Western Community College.
Tretola was a key offensive line member for the 2014 team that had two 1,000 yard rushers in fellow NFL draftees Alex Collins and Jonathan Williams. Arkansas allowed the fewest sacks in the SEC in Tretola’s two seasons, including 2015 when quarterback Brandon Allen threw for 3,440 yards.
