FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Welcome to SEC Country’s daily Arkansas Razorbacks podcast. In this episode, John Nabors reacts Bobby Petrino’s upset of Houston Nutt in the first round of “Most Hated Person.”
SEC Country launched the Borderline Erotic Podcast on Aug. 29, 2016. It is named after the colorful way Bielema described how he felt after Arkansas defeated Texas in the 2014 Texas Bowl.
Here is a quick rundown of some of the topics discussed in the 217th episode of the Borderline Erotic Podcast:
Arkansas fans no longer hate Houston Nutt?
Nabors opened the podcast with his reaction to the first-round upset in the “Most Hated Person” bracket. When the seeding was determined, Nutt, the former Razorbacks coach, seemed like an easy 1 seed. Not only did Petrino beat Nutt in the voting, but he beat him in a landslide. It can only mean one of two things: the people voting don’t remember the Nutt fiasco or they have just moved on. Did time really heal the wound Nutt left behind?
Nonsense: O.J. Simpson may get paroled
In the nonsensical part of the podcast, Nabors brings up the latest nonsensical story of O.J. Simpson being up for parole Thursday. It’s not certain whether Simpson will be granted parole, but ESPN will air the parole hearing.
