Reggie Perry has de-committed from the Arkansas basketball program, according to a report Wednesday.
The 5-star power forward from Thomasville, Ga., informed Razorbacks coach Mike Anderson of his decision late Wednesday night, Evan Daniels of Scout.com reported.
Perry cited his father’s health problems as the main factor in the decision, according to Daniels.
The 6-foot-9 power forward is the No. 18-ranked recruit in the Class of 2018, according to the 247Sports composite.
In-state schools such as Georgia and Georgia Tech, along with SEC counterparts Alabama, Auburn and Mississippi State, were once in the mix for Perry.
