Darren McFadden has filed a second lawsuit in Arkansas over the management of his finances, according to the Associated Press.
In June 2016, McFadden sued Michaek Vick for $15 million, an Arkansas-based financial adviser, for mishandling his money. This is not the former NFL QB Michael Vick. McFadden alleges that Vick misused millions of dollars and mishandled his duties. Vick served as McFadden’s business manager and financial adviser.
The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported that McFadden filed the suit on Friday in Little Rock federal court against Ameriprise Financial Services Inc., the company Vick worked for when he managed the running back’s finances.
Vick has denied the allegations.
McFadden told Brandon George of the Dallas Morning News a year ago that Vick was a family friend whom he had hired to take care of his money shortly before he was chosen at No. 4 overall by the Oakland Raiders in the 2008 NFL Draft.
