FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Welcome to SEC Country’s daily Arkansas Razorbacks podcast. In this episode, John Nabors is joined by Trent Shadid as they recap Day 2 of SEC Media Days and discuss the teams that have spoken to the media thus far.
SEC Country launched the Borderline Erotic Podcast on Aug. 29, 2016. It is named after the colorful way Bielema described how he felt after Arkansas beat Texas in the 2014 Texas Bowl.
Here is a quick rundown of some of the topics we discussed in the 211th episode of the Borderline Erotic Podcast:
How will these SEC teams fare?
Nabors opens the podcast with breaking down all the teams that have spoken to the media at SEC Media Days after Arkansas. LSU and Tennessee went immediately after the Hogs on Monday. Florida, Vanderbilt, and Mississippi State were the teams featured on Tuesday. Arkansas only plays two of those teams, but expectations are high for all of them. Will LSU be better in its first full season since the departure of Les Miles? Can Tennessee compete against Florida in the SEC East? How can Vandy and Mississippi State improve from last season? The guys break it all down.
Nonsense: Kid wakes up to his head being gnawed on by a bear
In the nonsensical part of the podcast, Nabors brings up the latest nonsensical story of a kid in Colorado waking up while camping to a bear biting his head. There are many different ways to wake up and be annoyed by it, but to hear a “crunching noise” as you wake from your slumber realizing it’s a bear eating your head is not ideal.
