Marlon Davidson will make a final decision on where he’ll play college football Wednesday morning, SEC Country has confirmed.
Davidson, a 5-star defensive end from Greenville (Ala.) High School, who is an early enrollee, will either stay committed to Auburn or flip his commitment to either Alabama, UGA or Florida.
The 6-foot-4, 260-pounder has maintained that he is 75 percent committed to the Tigers. He recently said UGA and Florida were making a late, strong push for his services.
On UGA: “Georgia is coming a little harder now that Kirby is there with (UGA defensive line coach Tracy) Rocker,” Davidson said. “It’s looking pretty good.”
On Florida: “So, Coach (Jim) McElwain is sneaking in on you?” 5-star linebacker Ben Davis asked on behalf of SEC Country. “Yes sir, he is,” Davidson said.
Davidson is ranked as the nation’s No. 2 strongside defensive end.
