Auburn equipment manager uses play-calling signs to propose to girlfriend
Forget the JumboTron. An Auburn equipment manager just upped the ante on unique marriage proposals.
One of Clint Crumpton’s jobs as equipment manager is to hold up the play signs for the Auburn offense. Before Saturday’s game against Ole Miss, Crumpton proposed using a play card that featured the couple’s faces on the top two panels with a wedding ring and a question mark on the bottom panels.

Emma Miller, a former student trainer and now Crumpton’s fiancee, undoubtedly said yes.
“That was so sweet and unique and I loved it,” Miller said to AL.com’s James Crepea.
Crumpton said it was the best method to pop the question.
“I thought [it] would be a good way,” Crumpton told Crepea.
