I woke up like this

Waking up Sunday was as simple and fun as it’s been in about three years. That’s what happens when Auburn beats Alabama.

Though, early in the season, Auburn looked like it might be in trouble, and in the middle of the season, the Tigers struggled at LSU, everything worked itself out and now Gus Malzahn’s team is headed to the SEC Championship Game.

They say a picture is worth 1,000 words (that means a video is invaluable, right?), so here are some of the most outstanding images from the weekend:

The locker room is a private place for players, but sometimes if a win is important enough, fans receive an inside look at this haven.

Auburn fans even got a look at Malzahn in rare form after the Crimson Tide takedown on Saturday night:

When Auburn woke up Sunday, it learned it was ranked No. 4 in the AP and coaches polls. The most important one, however, comes out on Tuesday night. Stay tuned.
