Auburn football could be in the market to add a giant tackle prospect who can come in and play right away.
SEC Country’s Benjamin Wolk has confirmed that Cal grad transfer Aaron Cochran, a 6-foot-8 350-pound offensive tackle, is visiting Auburn this weekend. This news was first reported by Keith Niebuhr of 247Sports.
Cochran is expected to graduate in May and thus will be eligible to play right away for whichever schools he picks. Per ESPN’s Jake Trotter, Cochran’s three finalists are Auburn, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech. Cochran has started 16 games over the past three seasons for the Golden Bears.
The offensive line product will be in Auburn from Friday through Sunday.
